Bhc Chicken Expands to Canada with First Outlet in Toronto


Toronto: Bhc chicken, the top-selling chicken franchise from South Korea, has launched its first Canadian outlet in Toronto, marking a significant step in its North American expansion strategy.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the new Bhc chicken store is situated at The Well, a prominent shopping center in downtown Toronto. This move is part of the company’s broader aim to establish 300 outlets across North America over the next five years. The Toronto location is expected to play a crucial role as a strategic base for further expansion into North American markets, responding to the increasing consumer interest in Korean cuisine.

The statement from Bhc chicken highlighted that with the opening of the Toronto outlet, the franchise now operates 23 international locations. This includes two outlets in Hong Kong, three in Singapore, eight in Thailand, six in Malaysia, and three in the United States. Further expansion plans for this year include opening two additional stores in both Thailand and the U.S.
