DavNor Representative Allan Dujali Pledges to Prioritize Education and Job Creation if Elected Governor


Davao del Norte – Representative Allan Dujali:Representative Allan Dujali, currently serving the 2nd District of Davao del Norte, has announced his candidacy for governor, outlining a platform focused on education, job creation, and livelihood improvements. Dujali, a member of the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD), officially entered the race by filing his certificate of candidacy at the local Commission on Elections office.

According to Philippines News Agency, Dujali, in his campaign declaration, emphasized his commitment to enhancing educational opportunities, generating employment, and supporting livelihood programs for the economically disadvantaged sectors of the province. He highlighted the importance of accessible education for all children, regardless of their financial status. “We want every child to have access to education. We don’t want to see a child who cannot afford school because of being poor,” he stated.

The representative also voiced a strong desire to address and heal the divisions
within the local political landscape, advocating for unity and an end to what he termed “political hate.” Although specifics were not provided, Dujali assured that he would maintain a policy of inclusiveness, retaining provincial capitol employees regardless of their political affiliations. “Whatever party you are in, even if you support other leaders, as long as you are good at serving the public, you can work with us,” Dujali explained.

In the upcoming 2025 elections, Dujali is set to compete against incumbent Governor Edwin Jubahib. This electoral contest is expected to be closely watched, as both candidates vie to implement their visions for the development of Davao del Norte.
