SEOUL: Hanatour Service Inc. on Tuesday reported its third-quarter net profit of 13.6 billion won (US$9.9 million), marking a decrease of 15.3 percent from the same period last year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the quarter was 12 billion won, down from 13.2 billion won a year earlier. Despite the decline in profits, Hanatour Service Inc. experienced a significant increase in revenue, which rose by 25.8 percent to reach 159.4 billion won.
