SEOUL — Jaehyun, a member of the K-pop supergroup NCT, is set to make his solo debut with the release of his album titled “J” on Monday. The album marks a significant milestone in Jaehyun’s career as he explores new musical territories as a solo artist.
According to Yonhap News Agency,the album consists of eight tracks, including Korean and English versions of the lead single “Smoke.” Described by the agency as a hip-hop R&B track, “Smoke” features rhythmic bass, groovy vocals, and rich guitar sounds, with lyrics that metaphorically compare a romantic moment to rising smoke. The album’s title “J” symbolizes Jaehyun’s personal identity, often represented by the letter on his personal items.
