From the survey when asking about the opinions of government officials, employees, and state enterprise employees about the reasons why they feel bored in the system or government work, it was found that 39.47 percent of the sample said that the procedures for performing government work are many and complicated, followed by 31.53 percent that that the patronage system in the bureaucracy, 28.24 percent said that salaries were low, 22.44 percent said that all indicators, 20.38 percent said that there was a hierarchical structure of governance or command, 18.93 percent that there was unsystematic coordination. 17.02 said competition for merit and important positions, 16.49 percent said corruption in the bureaucracy, 16.18 percent said bosses, 15.73 percent said they wer

Regarding faith in the Thai government system, it was found that 49.47 percent of the sample said they had some faith, followed by 22.52 percent said they had a lot of faith, 21.53 percent said they had little faith, and 6.34 percent said they had no faith at all.
