CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO—Two South Korean golfers, Im Sung-jae and An Byeong-hun, have successfully qualified for the PGA Tour’s final playoff event, the Tour Championship, after their performances at the BMW Championship.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the latest FedEx Cup points standings following the BMW Championship at Castle Pines Golf Club, Im Sung-jae and An Byeong-hun have both secured their positions within the top 30. Im Sung-jae will continue his streak, marking his sixth consecutive appearance at the Tour Championship, while An Byeong-hun prepares for his first appearance at this prestigious event. Im dropped slightly to 11th place, and An moved to 16th in the standings, ensuring their participation at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, starting Thursday. This finale does not feature official prize money but offers a US$25 million bonus and a five-year exemption on the PGA Tour for the winner.

Im entered the BMW Championship ranked 10th and finished tied for 11th with a score of six-under 282, while An tied for 13th with a five-under 283. Another South Korean, Kim Si-woo, also contended but finished 32nd after failing to break into the top 30, despite a strong performance at Castle Pines. The PGA Tour’s unique starting stroke system at the Tour Championship will see Im begin at three-under and An start at two-under, based on their rankings.
