South Korea’s Major Cities Weather Forecast Highlights Rain and Temperature Shifts


SEOUL: The weather forecast for South Korea’s 12 major cities at 9:01 a.m. Monday predicts a mix of cloudy skies, sunny spells, and significant chances of rain, with temperature variations noticeable across the regions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast details, Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, Chuncheon, and Gangneung will experience cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 23°C and a 40% chance of rain. On the other hand, Cheongju and Jeonju are expected to enjoy sunny weather, with Cheongju facing a 70% probability of sunshine and Jeonju at a higher 90%, both maintaining similar temperature bands.

Cities like Daejeon, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, and Busan are set to have rainy weather, with an 80% likelihood of precipitation. Temperature in these areas will vary, with Jeju expecting warmer weather at 27°C high and Busan also experiencing higher temperatures around 25°C.
