South Korea’s Saturday Weather Forecast Highlights Varied Conditions Across Major Cities


SEOUL: South Korea’s weather forecast for Saturday reveals a range of conditions across its 12 major cities, with temperatures generally mild and varying chances of rain throughout the region. While most cities will experience sunny or cloudy weather, Jeju stands out with a high likelihood of rain.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is expected to have a high of 24°C and a low of 12°C, with cloudy skies and a 10% chance of rain. Nearby Incheon will enjoy sunny weather with similar temperatures and the same chance of precipitation. Suwon mirrors Seoul’s forecast with cloudy conditions and temperatures ranging from 24°C to 11°C.

Further south, Cheongju and Daejeon will both see sunny weather, with highs of 24°C and lows of 13°C, and little to no chance of rain. Jeonju and Gwangju are also set to experience sunny skies, with Jeonju reaching a high of 25°C and a low of 12°C, and Gwangju showing similar temperatures.

Chuncheon is predicted to have a sunny day with slightly cooler temperatures of 22°C for th
e high and 9°C for the low, but with a higher 20% probability of rain. Gangneung faces cloudy conditions with a 30% chance of rain and temperatures ranging from 21°C to 13°C.

Jeju, however, is likely to experience rain with an 80% chance, accompanied by temperatures ranging from a high of 24°C to a low of 21°C. In the southeastern region, Daegu will see cloudy weather with a 20% chance of rain, and temperatures of 23°C for the high and 13°C for the low. Lastly, Busan’s forecast predicts cloudy skies with a 30% chance of rain and temperatures between 24°C and 18°C.
