Weather Forecast Predicts Rain Across Major South Korean Cities


SEOUL: South Korea is expected to experience varying weather conditions on Saturday, with a significant chance of rain in several major cities. Temperatures will range from 15 to 24 degrees Celsius across the nation, accompanied by cloudy skies and rain in multiple locations.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the capital city of Seoul will see temperatures between 21 and 16 degrees Celsius with a 30% chance of rain. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon are forecasted to have cloudy conditions with the same temperature range and probability of precipitation. The central cities of Cheongju and Daejeon are expected to receive more rainfall, with a 60% chance of rain and temperatures hovering between 20 and 18 degrees Celsius.

In the northern region, Chuncheon will experience a cooler day with temperatures ranging from 17 to 15 degrees Celsius and a 30% likelihood of rain. Gangneung, located on the eastern coast, is projected to have the highest chance of rain at 80%, with temperatures between 15 and 14 degrees Celsius.

Further south, Jeonju and Gwangju will both see temperatures of 21 degrees Celsius for the high, with lows of 18 and 19 degrees Celsius, respectively, and a 30% chance of rain. The popular tourist destination of Jeju is set to have temperatures between 23 and 22 degrees Celsius with a 60% possibility of rain.

In the southeastern part of the country, Daegu and Busan will experience varying weather conditions. Daegu will see temperatures from 22 to 19 degrees Celsius with a 60% chance of rain, while Busan is expected to have the warmest temperatures, ranging from 24 to 22 degrees Celsius, and a 70% chance of precipitation.
